摘要
论述了非球面光学元件在现代工业领域中的重要性及其面型修整与抛光中存在的困难,在分析了传统磁流变抛光装置原理的基础上,提出了将Stewart并联机构应用于磁流变抛光装置的方法,该方法对于非球面光学元件的精密抛光具有重要的参考价值。
The significance of aspheric optical component in modern industry and the difficulties in polishing were discussed in this paper. On the basis of the theory of traditional device of magnetorheological finishing, a new method of introducing stewart parallel structure into the device for magnetorheological finishing was discussed. This new method has an significant referential value in the polishing of aspheric optical component.
