摘要
由于传统复杂刀具真空热处理工艺的制定存在不完善、参数不完整及工艺参数无可靠依据等缺点,所以复杂刀具真空热处理后的质量精确性难以得到保证。复杂刀具真空热处理专家系统是计算机技术、人工智能技术与复杂刀具真空热处理技术融合的产物,其研发不但能很好地解决复杂刀具真空热处理中存在的问题,并且能够实现复杂刀具真空热处理工艺的制定从"经验判断"转向"科学分析",实现计算机化和准智能化,进而能满足复杂刀具高精、高速、高效发展的要求,使我国的复杂刀具真空热处理的整体水平得到很大提高。
As the making of traditional complex cutting tool vacuum heat treatment process has disadvantages such as imperfection, incomplete parameters and process parameters has unreliable basis, so the quality of complex cutting tool treated by vacuum heat treatment process can not be guaranteed. The complex cutting tool vacuum heat treatment expert system is a product of merging computer technology, artificial intelligent technology and complex cutting tool vacuum heat treatment technology. The development of it will not only resolve the problem in complex cutting tool vacuum heat treatment very. well, but also realize the transforming of traditional complex cutting tool vacuum heat treatment process from experience judgment to scientific analysis. Thus realizes the computerization and intellectualization. All these can meet the demands of high precision, high speed and high efficient in the development of complex cutting tool and enhance the whole level of complex cutting tool vacuum heat treatment in our country.
