摘要
水力锚锚定过程中,涉及到膨胀的钢片相互呈循环对称接触、钢片齿牙井壁的锚定啮合。通过分析和简化,建立了相邻两渐开线钢片的有限元模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对相互接触的钢片进行了分析计算。绘制了钢片厚度等参数对接触应力影响的分布云图。在此基础上,对钢片的相关尺寸进行优化设计,主要是渐开线钢片厚度以及对应基圆半径大小进行了大量的计算机模拟,从而得出钢片的结构的优化结果。
In the process of the hydraulic anchor anchoring, Be involved with the mutual contact of steel sheet which is cyclic symmetry structures and the steel sheet teeth mesh with the rock. After simplifying, the finite element model of two neighboring involute steel sheet is established, and the stress and deformation behavior of the expansion laminated steel was calculated. Based on the above calculation, Involute steel sheet thickness and the base circle radius size are optimized to minimize the maximum stress.
