基于有限元分析的潜水贯流泵出线段优化设计

摘要 针对某型号潜水贯流泵的工作特点,首先分析了原设计中出线段设计存在的问题,然后分析了出线段的受力情况,最后重新建立了概念模型,并对其进行了有限元分析和计算,成功地完成了潜水贯流泵出线段的结构设计,缩短了设计周期,节约了成本。 In this paper, concerning the working characteristics of a certain model of diving turbine pump ,the problems of original design were analyzed firstly, then the forces thrown on the linking sect were also analyzed, inanly a new conceptual model was built and it was analyzed by FEA, so a new design of the linking sect structure was succsessfully completed,and it shortens the design cycle and saves cost.
