摘要
随着经济发展和科技进步,海岸带面临的压力越来越大,资源和环境问题越来越严重。建立海岸带开发活动的环境效应指标体系和评价方法,客观评价各类海岸带开发活动的环境与生态效应,对保持海岸带可持续发展至关重要。本文以河北为例,采用"压力-状态-响应"(DSR)概念模型,构建了海岸带生态安全指标体系,并通过主成分方法对这些指标进行了分析和选取,研究结果可直接用于海岸带生态环境效应评价,可为沿海地区经济合理布局和产业结构调整及海洋生态环境保护与管理提供科学依据。
With the development of economy and technology, the coastal zones are subject to more pressure from the resources and environments. It is very important for the sustainable development in the coastal zones to establish the indicator system and the method of ecological environmental effect assessment, which can be used for the assessment of all kinds of the coastal development activities. In this paper, in Hebei Province, the case of the indicator system of coastal ecological effect assessment was established. PCA ( primary component analysis) was applied to analyze and select the key indicators. The result can be directly used in arrangement of economy, industry structure adjustment as well as ocean ecological environmental protection and management, and the coastal ecological effect assessment. It can provide a reference for the optimal.
