New technology of identification of fecal pollution——microbial source tracking

摘要 为了应对人畜粪便对水域环境污染日益加重且久治无效的局面,始于美国90年代初的一种能够识别污染水体中粪便污染源的新的监测技术MST被提出。如今该技术已成为一些欧美国家水域环境管理的有力工具,而我国关于MST技术的研发刚刚起步。本文简要介绍MST技术的基本原理,并着重阐述该技术的方法学,进而预测MST技术的未来发展趋势,以期为同领域专家学者提供参考,促进MST技术在我国的应用。 Due to solve the severe fecal pollution problem in water environment, Microbial Source Tracking (MST), as a new monitor technology for identifying sources of fecal pollution in water, has emerged in 1990s in US, The study on MST just begin in our country recently, though it will become a useful tool in the management of water environment and show the satisfying effect in another's , especially Occident. In this paper, the methods about MST are introduced briefly and the future direction of it is also predicted in order to provide useful reference to the experts in this field and promote the research and application of MST in our country.
