摘要 总结了国内外近十年应用在指示海洋环境PAHs污染监测常见的几种鱼类胆汁中PAHs代谢产物,对各代谢产物的特点进行了阐述,并介绍了其环境监测中的应用。讨论了代谢产物各分析方法的优缺点,并对影响代谢产物的因素进行了总结。 The PAHs metabolites could be usually determined in fish bile. The metabolites can provide the information about the actual exposure of fish to PAHs compounds and reveal the state and suitability of the marine environment for fish. In this view, the characteristic and the advantages of PAHs metabolites are described and it should be applied for the assessment of PAHs pollution in this paper. The disadvantages of the metabolites and the future prospects are discussed as well.
