摘要 多元智能理论的创立者是美国的心理学家霍华德·加德纳教授,在他看来智能不是传统意义上的以言语——语言智能和逻辑——数理智能为核心的认识能力,而是在一定的社会文化背景下,个体用以解决自己面临的真正难题和生产及创造出社会所需的有效产品的能力,个体的智能结构具有多维性、开放性和个别差异性。加德纳的多元智能理论丰富和发展了传统智能理论,为成人教育中的因材施教和培养学习者的创新能力及实践能力提供了重要的理论依据,对我国成人教育改革具有重要的借鉴意义。 The theory of multiple intelligences is p by American psychologist professor Howard Gandner. He think that intelligence is not traditional cognition ability which cores are speech-language intelligence and logic-numeral intelligence, it is ability that individual solves in deed problems to face himself and produces availability manufactures to be need at the definite society culture background. Individual intelligence frame is multiple dimension and opening and individual differences, The theory of multiple intelligences enriched and developed traditional intelligences theory, it affords important theory gist for teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and planting the innovation ability in adult education, it has important meaning to adult education reform.
