摘要
采用加速老化试验与结构完整性分析相结合的方法,对某型发动机贮存寿命进行了预估,预估其贮存寿命为11年3个月。自然条件贮存12年的该型发动机点火试验成功证明了本文贮存寿命预估方法结果较为接近实际情况,本方法可以为固体火箭发动机的设计和使用提供参考。
In this paper the accelerated aging test and structural integrity analysis method is used to get the storage life of a type of solid rocket motor, the results show that it' s storage life is eleven years and three months. The success of ignition experiment on this type of solid rocket motor after twelve years lay- ing up in natural condition prove that the method of storage life prediction is close to the real thing. Above analytical method may be helpful in designing or using solid missile motor.
