Analysis of Policy-type Health Insurance of Peasant Worker

在对我国进城务工人员医疗保险现状进行分析的基础上,指出进城务工人员社会医疗保险存在的三个主要问题,结合商业健康保险的优势,探讨在当前形势下,以商业健康保险的形式解决进城务工人员医疗保险,基本保险模式为政府主导、健康保险公司具体承保的政策性健康保险。

This article is base on the present medical insurance situation analysis of peasant worker in city, pointed out the existence three main questions of their society medical insurance, to combine the commercial health insurance superiority, holding that under the current situation, to solute their medical insurance by the commercial health insurance form is feasible, the pattern is the policy-type health insurance which the government to lead and health insurance company to operate specifically.
