摘要
探讨了彩棉中棕棉和绿棉机织物在不同助剂(如碱、氧化剂、还原剂、煮练酶)影响下的色光变化规律,以及采用金属盐处理对其酸色变和碱色变的影响;通过正交试验法,对棕棉酸色变的酸修复工艺进行了优化。试验表明,金属离子对棕棉色素有一定的稳定作用,对绿棉作用较小;可用酸来修复棕棉的碱色变。
Pigment stability of naturally colored cotton is poor. This paper discussed the impacts of different additives on the color change of organic cotton fabrics in green and brown, such as alkali, oxidants, reductants, and scouring enzyme, and the change rules of shade were defined. Effects of metal salt treatment on color change to acid and base were analyzed. Via orthogonal experiments, restoration technology with acid for color of brown cotton was defined. Results showed that metal ions were benefit for the stability of pigment in brown cotton, while exerted little influence on green cotton. Acid was used to restore color change of brown cotton in alkali conditions.
