摘要
探讨了亚麻/棉和罗布麻/棉混纺织物的前处理、印花、免烫整理和抗菌整理工艺。成品测试结果表明,其常规理化性能指标基本合格,环保指标可达"婴儿用品"级别,且抑菌率达73%,远红外法向比辐射率85%,具有良好的抑菌保健功能。
Wet processing of flax/cotton and apocynum/cotton blended fabrics was introduced, including pretreatment, printing, DP finish, as welt as anti bacterial finish. Results showed that end-use products possessed satisfactory physicochemical properties, infant products level ecological indicators, over 73 % antibacterial rate, as well as about 73 % far-infrared normal optical spectrum emissivity.
