摘要
研究了以陶瓷先驱体为粘合剂成型并转化制备致密SiC／Si3N4复相陶瓷异形件的烧结工艺及其对烧结体的结构和性能的影响。
A sintering technology of SiC/Si3N4 comlex-shaped ceramic articles using preceramic polymer as binder was studied. The influences of sintering conditions on the properties of final preducts and microstructures were discussed.The optimum conditions were obtained.
