摘要
研究了用三氯化硼(BCl_3)对聚硅氮烷(PSZ)纤维进行不熔化处理的过程,讨论了处理条件对不熔化反应的影响,并对不熔化过程的反应机理进行了分析探讨。结果表明,在不熔化过程中,BCl3先后与PSZ纤维中的N-H、Si-H镇反应,使得分子间通过N-B-N健交联。控制合适的BCl3浓度、处理温度及时间,可以使PSZ纤维实现不熔化府可由此将硼引入PSZ纤维。
The curing of process polyselazane (PSZ) fibers by using boron trichloride(BCl3 )was studied.The influence of the treating conditions on the reaction were dissussed and the mechanism was analysed. The results show that the reaction of BCl3 react with N-H and Si-H bends in the PSZ fibers, which leads to the crosslinking between the molecules in the fibers by the formation of N-BN bonds. The infusibilization was achieved under suitable conditions such as concentration of BCl3, treating temperature and time, while incorporating the desired beron.
