摘要
目前我国宇航工业中大量的铝合金构件主要采用交流钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG),用这种方法焊接铝合金不可避免地要产生气孔等焊接缺陷。本文主要介绍了一种新型的焊接方法──变极性等离子电弧焊工艺的特点以及用这种方法焊接LD10CS高强铝合金的试验研究。试验表明:该工艺方法具有能量密度高、穿透力强的特点,因此焊缝成形美观,焊接变形小,接头性能好,3~10mm板一次焊透,单面焊双面成形,焊接效率高。
The technology of variable polarity plasma are applied to aluminum alloy welding is introduced in this paper. The welding technology and parameters and their influence on weld appearance and quality were studied. The results show that VPPA is characterized by fine appearance, little peaking distortion, gnd quality and high efficiency. This welding process can fulfill the requirement of aluminum alloy welding.
