摘要
本文研究了通孔多孔铝合金的制备工艺。采用正交试验法确定了模具及粒子的预热温度、铝液的浇注温度、渗流压力三者的最佳配合关系。在加压渗流铸造制备通孔铝试样时,模具及粒子层的预热温度起着至关重要的作用。通过实验及理论分析发现,预热温度最好在500~550℃之间,浇注温度一般为760℃左右,成形压力一般不超过1MPa。
The fabricating process of open-cell porous aluminurn alloy was studied. The preheating temperature of mold and particle, pouring temperature and forming pressure are obtained and optimized through orthogonal experiment, The preheating temperature of mold and particle layer plays a critical important role in fabricating open-cell porous aluminurn. Through experiment and theoretical analysis, it is found that the preheating temperature should be in the range of 500 ~ 550℃, the pouring temperature about 760℃ generally and the forming pressure not more than 1Mpa.
