结合房地产业的发展,从系统风险和个别风险两方面分析了现阶段我国房地产金融存在的风险,详细地阐述了我国房地产金融风险的防范措施,从而完善我国的房地产金融市场,促进房地产业及相关行业的稳定发展。
Combined with the development of the real estate, the author analyzes the real estate financial risk in our country at present from two aspects of the systematic risk and the individual risk, detailedly describes the preventive measures of the real estate financial risk, in order to perfect the real estate financial market and promote the stable development of the real estate and the relevant industries in our country.
