浅谈钻孔桩施工中塞管的原因和预防

针对钻孔桩施工中导管堵塞的危害性,结合工程实践,从混凝土使用的外加剂、混凝土的和易性、骨料粒径和级配、导管和隔水设施及泥浆比重等几个方面对灌注桩施工中塞管的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的预防措施。

According to the harmfulness of the conduit jam in the construction of the bored pile, combined with the engineering Practice, the author analyzes the cause of the plug pipe in the construction of the grouting pile from the aspects of the concrete admixture, the concrete workability, the grain size and distribution of the aggregate, the pipe, the water insulation facilities and the mud weight, and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures.
