结合工程实例,根据钢结构特点及施工现场条件,采用了仿形复制法和部件组装法两种拼装工艺,并对其进行了对比分析,提出了各工序的质量控制措施,从而保证制作质量,满足进度要求。

Combined with the engineering examples; according to the steel structural characteristics and construction field conditions, the copying method and components package method consolidation methods were adopted, it compared and analysed the two kinds technology. The quality control measures of every procedures were proposed, so as to guarantee the construction quality and satisfy the progress requirement.
