The paper mainly introduces some important links of the exposed-aggregate cement concrete in the smooth layer of bridges, compares it with the process craft in regular smooth layer, summarizes the advantages of the exposed-aggregate cement concrete and points out the application of the exposed-aggregate cement concrete can effectively prevent the bridge layer from these damage problems under the effect of loading, in order to improve the durability of the bridges.
