欧盟中小企业国际化模式及借鉴

The international mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in European Union

欧盟中小企业与我国中小企业一样,占企业总数的90%以上,对社会和经济发展作出了巨大贡献,但是它们的发展现状却大相径庭。欧盟中小企业具有形式多样、以价值链为关键、有独特专业发展区的特点,并获得了欧盟广泛而有力的支持。我国应借鉴其经验,拓宽融资渠道,加强信息服务和技术支持,整合价值链,加强工业区建设,为中小企业的国际化创造良好环境。

The small and medium sized enterprises which makes up 90% of the enterprises in both European Union and China, have contributed much to the social and economic development. However, they are greatly different from each other in development modes. This paper discusses how China should draw on the advanced experiences from European Union to extend her financing channels and accelerate the internationalization of the small and medium sized enterprises.
