摘要
δ-戊内酰胺环状结构存在于众多有生物活性化合物中,该文用3-羟基3-甲基5-对甲苯磺酰氧基戊酸甲酯与各种胺反应,一步得到了N-取代4-羟基4-甲基六氢吡啶2-酮.
N-alkyl δ-lactams, which exist widely in natural products and synthetic compounds, were prepared by a new 'one-pot' reaction of methyl 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-5-(toluene-4-sulfonyloxy) pentanoate and alkylamines. The method is mild and high-yielding, and maybe suitable for various synthetic applications.
