我国体育法学研究中的“体系”探讨

"System" in the Research on the Science of Sport Law

体育法学研究涉及到很多"体系"范畴,对这些"体系"范畴做出清晰的甄别,有益于这些工具性概念的便捷使用。目前对体育法规体系(体育法律体系)研究最多,一定意义上折射出体育法制建设还处在初始阶段。一些"体系"概念还没有出现在体育法学研究域中,也表明体育法学的基础理论薄弱,应该明确体育法学体系的核心范畴地位,加快体育法学的学科建设。

There are many ＂systems＂ in the research on the science of sport law, distinguishing these ＂systems＂ is convenient to use as concepts. Now, the sport law system appears most in the research, which, in some degree, reflects that the sport law construction is still in the initial stage. Some concepts of ＂systems＂ do not appear in the research on the science of sport law, which also shows the weak link existed in the basic theory, we should make clear the science of sport law system as the core concept, quicken the subject construction of the science of sport law.
