摘要
通过分析大学生体育学习中"习得性无助感"心理状态产生的原因和过程,认为体育教育工作者在实践中可从四个方面对学生进行心理预防和调整:帮助学生建立自信、引导学生进行积极的自我归因、帮助学生建立正确的体育认知和多为学生创造成功的机会。
This paper analyzes the reasons of "acquisitive helplessness" and the generation process of this mental state among college students in their sport learning. It thinks that sport educators may carry out psychological prevention and adjustment in practice to help students to build up self-confidence and guide them to carry out self-attribution; thus to have a sport recognition; and to create more chances of success.
