摘要
[目的]探讨音乐治疗对清宫术镇痛的效果。[方法]实验组40例,病人手术时由巡回护士播放病人喜欢的音乐,护士在床边定时评估记录疼痛情况。对照组40例,不播放音乐,护士在床边定时评估记录。[结果]实验组疼痛发生率为12.5%,对照组为95.0%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]通过音乐干预,清宫术病人疼痛的发生率明显降低。
Objective： To probe into analgesia effect of musical treatment for patients undergoing dilatation and curettage. Methods： Favorite music was playing for 40 cases in test group by circulating nurse during operation. And general condition of patients were evaluated continuously and recorded at regular interval by nurses. Another 40 cases of control group were just given bedside continuous evaluation and recorded at regular interval. Results. The pain occurrence rate of test group cases during operation was 12.5%. And the pain occurrence rate of control group was 95. 0%. There was statistical significant difference.between the two group cases （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion. The pain incidence rate of patients undergoing dilatation and curettage was decreased through music intervention.
