摘要
首先介绍目前较流行的几种VXI总线自动测试系统集成的硬件方案和系统开发软件，并就各自的特点和应用场合进行比较。然后对集成VXI总线自动测试系统过程中所要考虑的问题进行分析。最后给出VXI总线自动测试系统集成的实例。
First, the hardware schemes and system development software of integrating VXIbus auomatic test sysem which are quite popular nowadays are introduced, and their characteristics and application fields are compared.Then the problems which are considered in integrating VXIbus automatic test system are analyzed. Finally a example of integrating VXIbus automaic test system is given.
