摘要
对合成的改性超支化聚合物在脱墨浆中进行了助留应用试验。通过单条件确定法,对聚合物单体与核试剂比值、CPAM与改性超支化聚合物的比例、助留剂用量(相对于绝干纤维)、搅拌速度、加入聚合物后的反应时间以及浆料pH值等影响因素进行了探讨,最终确定了脱墨浆中助留剂的最佳使用条件:CPAM用量为0.05%(相对于绝干纤维),与4号改性聚合物(聚合物单体与核试剂的比值为1∶10)以1∶4的比例配合使用,加入聚合物后的反应时间为30s,搅拌速度为500r/min。同时,实验还证明在酸性至中碱性的浆料pH值范围内,其应用效果都很好,可应用于酸性至中碱性较宽pH值范围内的抄纸系统。
The application of hyperbranched polyester used in deink pulp with cationic polyacylamide emulsion (CPAM) was studied. The main factors,such as the ratio between the central core and DMPA,the ratio between CPAM and the polymer, adding amount of the CPAM,the stirring speed, pH value of the deink pulp,reaction time after adding the polymer, were discussed here in detail. The best application conditions of hyper- branched polymer in deink pulp were finaly obtained as follows: the dosage of CPAM was 0. 05% relative to dry fiber; the ratio between CPAM and the hyperbranched polymer was 1 : 4;the reaction time was 30 seconds after adding the polymer;the stirring speed was 500r/min. The experiment testified that this system can satisfied the demand of paper making in acidic and neutral condition.
