摘要
对多缸发动机曲轴尺寸及形位公差自动检测系统中现场测控子系统功能进行了详细阐述,介绍了系统的主要性能、结构特点和总体配置,并采用模块化结构设计思想对整个子系统软件进行了设计,使整个子系统软件具有易修改和易移植的特点。
This paper introduces the function of a field measuring and controlling system in the gauging of crankshaft sizes and geometrical tolerances in detail, and gives the main performance and hardware structure. In order to make the system software easy to maintain and transplant, a method of so called modular structure is used in development of the system.
