摘要 根据变形后的有限元模型修改原始的飞机外形,从而自动得到变形以后的产品模型。考虑到有限元网格与原始曲面之间的误差及细小特征上的差别,本文采用两种方法来重新生成产品的曲面:(1)通过有限元网格节点的变形直接修改原始曲面,(2)考虑原始曲面与初始有限元模型的误差直接对变形后的有限元网格进行曲面的重构。实例表明重构以后的模型具有良好的外形,能有效地恢复有限元网格中忽略掉的特征,同时曲面之间的拓扑结构能够与原始模型保持一致。 A method for mapping aircraft surfaces automatically according to the deformation of the finite elements. Considering the difference between finite element meshes and original surfaces, two methods are used to regenerate the aircraft surfaces. One method morphs the original surfaces by deformation of nodes. Another one directly constructs the surfaces by deformed meshes considering the error between the original surfaces and original meshes. The examples show that the good shape can be obtained and the ignored feature in finite element meshes can be recovered. The topology and the mathematical information of original surfaces is kept on the new mapped surfaces.
