摘要
利用EASY5的通用函数库和液压控制库,建立了某型飞机通用液压源系统仿真模型,并得到了稳态计算和瞬态仿真结果。仿真结果与试验数据基本吻合,对飞机液压系统设计与改进具有同样参考价值,相对以往飞机液压系统的稳态和动态性能评估主要依据经验和实验数据,仿真计算能够更全面及时地了解系统性能,对系统性能进行设计优化,可部分替代地面试验。说明了EASY5对液压系统压力源的建模和仿真是可行和有效的。提供的仿真结果对新型飞机液压系统设计具有参考价值。
The general function library and hydraulic control library of EASY5 software are used to establish the dynamic model of hydraulic source system of a cargo. A given system is simulated. The steady calculation and instantaneous simulation results are obtained. Simulation results are in agreement with experimental data. The simulation results show that the model is correct and the results are suitable for design requests, thus optimizing the design performence of hydraulic source system. For the experience and the experimental data, the simulation can partly replace the ground analogue tests. So EASY5 can be used in hydraulic system design of the airplane. Simulation results provide a reference for the hydraulic source system of new aircrafts.
