复杂系统管理同构化新路——服务对象关系管理

Object Served Relationship Management as a New Way of Isomorphic Management for Complex Systems

本文基于同构化基本原理,以数字图书馆与供应链为例,简述了复杂系统服务对象关系管理(OSRM)新概念的基本内涵;分析了OSRM结构的主要特点和重要意义;提出了供应链的服务主体与服务对象关系模型、服务主体与服务对象关系公式,以及单服务主体服务流域集散双头螺钉模型;阐明了服务对象关系管理是复杂系统管理的同构化新路。

In this paper, based on isomorphic fundamental principles, taking a digital library and supply chain as example,the basic connotation of objects served relationship management （OSRM） in complex systems is expounded. The main natures and important significances of OSRM constructions are analyzed. The model and formula of server and objects served in supply chain is proposed. And the collecting and distributing stud bolt model in service flow field of a single service corpus is also expounded. OSRM being a isomorphic new way of complex systems management is clarified.
