This paper introduces the mode of supply chain of cool chain of dairy industry, then analyzes the motivation and risk of outsource of cool chain of dairy industry. And more the mode and meaning of the third part logistics （3PL） joining in the cold chain of dairy industry is discussed. Several integration modes of the 3PL are concluded.
