Firstly we discussed the necessity to establish the military logistic center, analyzed work flow and the conceptual model of ammunition the allocation center, then established the ammunition allocation system simulation model based on FLEXSIM, Finally advanced the key research the influence of the allocation center＇s biggest memory and the ordering condition （the smallest stock） to the cost of allocation center. This has the very important reference value regarding the allocation center＇s plan construction.
