摘要
文章介绍了电网物资供应商评价的指标体系设计原则,并对其评价与选择的方法进行了确定后,通过分析建立了适合电网经营企业的物资供应商评价体系,对其供应商评价与选择的计算步骤进行了说明,同时讨论了层次分析法的软件系统设计,给出了框图。
In this article, the principles for the design of the establishment of supplier evaluation index system are introduced, after confirming of the measures of the evaluation and selection, the proper supplier evaluation index system is established by the analysis, and the calculation steps of the evaluation and the selection of the supplier are expained too in addition, the software system based on the AHP is also discussed, and the block diagram model of the process for the software is proposed.
