在盐酸-酒石酸-Triton X-100介质中,水杨基萤光酮对锡有较高的灵敏度(ε_(503nm)=1.5×10~5)和较好的选择性,钨钼可允许比较大量存在,可以不经分离直接测定岩石矿物中低含量锡。四阶模拟微分的表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(490nm)=1.5×10~6(扫描速度120nm/min,峰零法),检出限为2.0ppb,样品分析的相对标准偏差为0.89%。
The reagent salicylfluorone reacts with tin (Ⅳ) to form a complex having an absorption maximum at 503nm in the medium of chloride acid-tartaric acid-Triton X-100. The analog differentiation circuit was introduced in the derivative spectrophotometry system. The apparent molar absorptivity of fourth analog differentiation is found to be 1.5×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 490nm (scan rate 120nm/min). The proposed method has been used for direct determination of tin in rocks and minerals without preliminary separation. The detection limit is 2.0 ppb and the coefficient of variation 0.89% (n=10).
