临床病例讨论：右心房副神经节瘤
Right atrium paraganglioma
摘要
一、病史摘要 患者，女，15岁，学生。因“体检发现血压升高1年”于2007年3月21日入院。患者从儿时起即较同龄人易出汗，未予以重视。自12岁起出汗症状逐渐加重，时常大汗淋漓，尤以夜间为重，无头痛、头晕及心慌，无面色苍白，无恶心呕吐，无明显体重改变等。2006年4月初中毕业体检时发现血压升高，为135／98mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。遂行24h动态血压检查发现血压最高为209／133mmHg.
