神经纤维瘤病的分子生物学特征和诊治进展 被引量:2

摘要 神经纤维瘤病(neurofibromatosis,NF)是常染色体显性遗传病,临床分为NF1和NF2两型。NF1:主要临床特征包括皮肤牛奶咖啡斑、皮肤或皮下组织的神经纤维瘤、腋部或腹股沟雀斑、视神经胶质瘤、骨骼发育不良等。NF2:主要表现为中枢神经系统病变,有脊髓肿瘤、脑膜瘤、前庭神经雪旺细胞瘤和外周神经雪旺细胞瘤等。NF1的发病率较高,约为1/3500;NF2的发病率稍低,约为1/25000。
