摘要
根据相图和位错理论,结合电子探针和X射线衍射分析,配制了新的口腔铸造合金(简称XB221S合金),成份为Cu36-38Zn36-38Ni18-19S5-10,其中S代表少量或微量元素Sb、Si、Sn、Ge和In,总含量为5-10%。合金熔点950-980℃。经口腔科临床试用,效果良好。新合金强度高、成本低、呈银白色。它克服了市售CuZnNi合金抗腐蚀性能差,使用后合金颜色变黄的缺点。
A new dental alloy Cu 36 38 Zn 36 38 N 18 19 S 5 10 (XB221S) was created based on the phase diagrams and dislocation theory, where S represents minor additive elements: Sb、Si、Sn、Ge and In, and their total amount is 5 10 wt % The melting point of this alloy is 950 980℃ This alloy have been successfully used to the clinical cure of dental surgery It has better anti corrosion and cheaper than the commercial CuZnNi and AgInZn dental alloys respectively Its colour is silver white The basic concept of the choosing alloying elements was discussed in detail
