摘要
目的观察羌威蠲痹合剂治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)活动期的临床疗效。方法将68例RA活动期患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例予羌威蠲痹合剂,每次60 mL,每日3次口服;对照组28例予雷公藤多甙片,每次10 mg,每日3次口服。2组均2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效及治疗前后症状、体征、实验室相关指标的变化。结果治疗组愈显率55.0%,总有效率92.5%;对照组愈显率39.3%,总有效率78.6%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组;在改善症状、体征及相关实验室指标上,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论羌威蠲痹合剂治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著。
Objective To study the effect of Jiangwei Shubi composition on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 68 cases with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 40） were treated by Jiangwei Shubi composition, 60 ml, thrice as day. Patients in control group （ n = 28） were treated by Glucosidomm TripterygU Totorum, 10 mg, thrice a day. The course was two months in both groups. Clinical effect, symptom, sign and indexes related to Lab were observed after a course. Results The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group （55.0%, 92.5% ） were higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Improvement of clinical symptom and sign, indexes related to Lab in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Jiangwei Shubi composition has significant effect on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
