摘要
将485Q型柴油机中金属型涡流空镶块改成氮化硅陶瓷型涡流室镶块,并进行了对比试验.试验结果表明,陶瓷型涡流定镶块的柴油机与金属型涡流室镶块的同机相比,改善了冷起动性能,降低了噪声和排放污染,克服了原金属型涡流室仅块柴油机的缺点。
Investigation has been carried out in the effect of converting 485Q diesel engine's metal type swirl chamber inserts into silicon nitride ceramic ones,and comparison tests conducted. Test results have shown that the engine with ceramic type swirl chambers has the advantages of improved cold startability,reduced noise level and exhaust polution, omitted drawbacks that the engine with matal type swirl chamber inserts has, and enhanced overall ongine performance.
