柴油机振动信号分析中的整周期平均化处理技术

Overall Cycle Average Technique Applied in Diesel Engine Vibration Diagnosis

本文针对柴油机振动信号的特征，提出了整周期分频段来样技术．实测诊断结果表明，这一新方法能够大大提高振动信号的信嗓比，有效地提取故障特征信息，提高了故障诊断结论的可靠性和准确性．

In this paper division sampling in overall cycle frequency range, a new method in connection with diesel engine's vibration signal characteristic, has been presented. The real diagnosis has showed that this method can largely enhance the vibration signal's signal-to-noise ratio and validly extract the characteristic signal of fault, thus improving the reliability and accuracy of concluded fault diagnosis.
