校园文化与企业文化客观上存在着很大的差异,但两者又有着相通性。校园文化与企业文化的衔接应该从弥补他们之间的差异做起,才能把两者很好的衔接在一起,才能使学生在毕业后尽快地适应企业的发展要求。

There are great differences and similarities between the campus culture and the enterprise culture. The communication of both cultures should be the offset of the differences. Only after the differenees are learnt about can the two cultures be hooked up and students quickly adapt to the development demands of enterprises after graduation.
