摘要
随着高校教育教学和人事管理体制改革的发展和不断深入,高校人事档案工作也有了新的内涵,旧的高校人事档案管理模式和方法已经不能适应时代发展要求。新形势对于高校人事档案的管理模式、档案信息资源的开发利用以及对人事档案工作者本身的素质都提出了新的更高的要求。探讨了当前形势下人事档案新的管理模式和手段,从而更好地为高校科研、教学服务。
With the development and deepening of the higher education and teaching and personnel management refiorm, college personnel files also have a new meaning, the old university personnel file management mode and method have been unable to meet development requirements of the times. New situation has put forward new and higher requirements for university personnel file management, the development and utilization of file information resources and the quality of the personnel file workers. This article explores the new models and means of the management of personnel files in the current situation to better the services for the scientific research and teaching of colleges and universities.
