“课堂——工作间”教学模式的研究与实践

The Investigation and Practice of "Classroom-workshop" Teaching Mode

高等职业教育的快速发展,促进了高等职业院校教学模式的改革与创新。江苏畜牧兽医职业技术学院在人才培养模式上已初步形成了具有高等职业教育特色的教学体系,成功地探索了"课堂——工作间"教学模式。研究结果表明,"课堂——工作间"教学模式,教学贴近生产,学生"拿得出、用得上",学生能力与岗位要求之间真正实现了"无缝"对接,教学效果显著。

The rapid development of higher vocational education promotes the reformation and innovation of teaching mode. Jiangsu Animal Husbandry ＆Veterinary College has shaped the educational system with the higher vocational education feature. On college talent-cultivating mode, we successfully explored the classroom-workshop teaching mode. The result obtained indicated that classroom-workshop teaching mode can make teaching press close to manufacture; the students can integrate theory with practice and can soon suit the demands of the work after graduation. Classroom-workshop teaching mode brought about good teaching results.
