摘要
通过对江苏省某市政府非税收入管理现状的调研,阐述了目前非税收入管理的基本情况,提出了目前非税收入管理存在的4个方面的困难和问题,并从制度建设、更新理念、完善范围、创新管理模式、健全监督体系5个方面提出了进一步加强管理的建议。
In recent years , the management of the non-tax revenue has attached importance for the leadership . According to investigation, the paper elaborates the basic situation, puts forward issues and in view of system ,philosophy, scope, management and the system of supervision, gives some suggestions of enhancing management.
