The organization way of multi - level teaching for open English in our university is in the stage of practice and now has become the brightness in the teaching reform. This article illustrates English teaching model, it includes designing of tasks, organzation, procedures and activities, strategies and assessment for learning .The article also sums up the experience in the teaching practice in order to carry out English teaching effectively, as well as strengthen the cultivation of the students＇ ability to use English practically.
