从《论语》看孔子的重民思想

Elaborate Confucius’s thought of valuing people from 《the Analects》

该文分析了散见于《论语》之中的孔子有关富民、教民、爱民等方面的法律思想,并将其归纳为民本论的重要内容。认为尽管孔子在当时还没有形成完整的法律思想体系,但其思想对于当时的社会实际和其后的历史曾产生过深远的重要影响。

The paper analyzes the scattered legal thoughts in 《the Analects》 which about enriching people, teaching people and loving people , etc, then generalizes them as the important content of ＂people-oriented theory＂. Although Confucius has no completed legal thoughts at that time, it still influenced the social reality and the history thereafter profoundly.
