养阴和络中药对早期2型糖尿病游离脂肪酸的影响

Effect of Chinese medicinal herb with Nourishing Yin and regulating collaterals on free fatty acid in type 2 diabetes in early stage

目的观察养阴和络中药对早期2型糖尿病游离脂肪酸(FFA)的影响。方法将101例早期2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例予银杏叶片和六味地黄软胶囊口服,对照组51例予银杏叶片安慰剂和六味地黄软胶囊安慰剂,2组均改善生活方式及予降血糖、降血压等基础治疗措施。2组均连续治疗6个月后观察FFA变化情况。结果2组治疗前后FFA比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以治疗6个月时糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)分层,HbAlc≤6.5%的患者,治疗组治疗前后FFA比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但2组治疗前后差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);以治疗前甘油三酯(TG)分层,TG>1.7mmol/L的患者,治疗组治疗前后FFA比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但2组治疗前后差值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改善生活方式加西医基础治疗可使FFA下降,对治疗6个月时HbA1c≤6.5%的患者,即治疗后总体血糖水平控制达标的患者,加用养阴和络中药治疗能使FFA下降;对治疗前TG>1.7mmol/L的患者,即治疗前TG较高、符合代谢综合征脂代谢异常的患者,加用养阴和络中药治疗可降低FFA。

Objective To evaluate the effects Chinese medicinal herb with Nourishing Yin and regulating collaterals on free fatty acid （FFA） in type 2 diabetes in early stage. Methods 101 cases with type 2 diabetes in early stage were divided randomly into 2 groups. 50 cases in treatment group were treated by Foliam Ginkgo and Liaweidihuang capsule. 51 cases in control group received relevant placebos. Patients in both groups were given basal treatment to control the blood sugar and blood pressure and their living conditions were improved. After 6 months treatment, the variation of free fat acid （FFA） was measured. Results In comparison with pretreatment, FFA in both groups post treatment obviously decreased （the treatment group P 〈 0.01, the control group P 〈 0.05）, Them was no statistic difference between the two groups after treatment. For patients whose HbAIC≤6.5% at the 6th month of the treatment course, FFA of the treatment group decreased （ P 〈 0.01）, the variety of FFA of the control group had no statistic significance （ P 〉 0.05）, the distinction between the two groups had no statistic significance （ P 〉 0.05）. For patients whoso TG 〉 1.7 mmol/L before the treatment, FFA of the treatment group decreased （ P 〈 0.01）, the variety of FFA of the control group had no statistic significance（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicinal herb with Nourishing Yin and regulating collaterals can decrease the level of FFA in type 2 diabetes in early stage.
