为适应市场形势，需要改变能源消费结构，围绕用筑路油代替重油，在进行系列特性测定和研究的基础上，提出了可行性论证，同时，针对性地阐述和分析了生产试验的状况以及尚需继续研究解决的问题，并对其经济效益作出了合理客观的评价。

To meet the requirements of the markets , it needs to change energy con-sumption struction. On the bases of series characteristics measurements and investigation of oil for construction roads instead of heavy oil, feasible demonstrations are proposed. At the mine time, the states of production and tests and problems to be solved are presented and ana-lyzed. The economic benefits are evaluated reasonably.
