摘要
通过对压力、温度、液面、纯度等进行操作摸索,提出了增氧攻关措施,找出了5000m3/h制氧机的最佳运行参数,使设备的氧气产量超过设计值,达到了5400m3/h左右,运行工况稳定,设备的运转周期达到了设计要求。
Based on analysis of actual pressure, temperature, liquid surface and purity measures of oxygen production increasing are proposed. Optimum operation parameters of 5000m3/h oxygen making machine are obtained, resulting in exceeding of oxygen production set point of the equipment, about 5400m3/h. The operation is stable. The opera-tion cycles of the equipment meet the requirements of the design.
